I am really excited about getting to make a short film for my coursework. I am fairly sure that I will be making a film rather creating a screenplay and story-board as I want to have a full film by the end of the project which I can show to people and put on a show-reel in future. I am also fairly sure that I will be making a fictional film as I prefer making fictional films and think it would fit in with the brief better as it is not always possible to storyboard and schedule a documentary.
I think of a short film as a story (which could be fictional or non-fictional) which is told in an audio-visual form and is up to 30 minutes in length.
