My name is Neil and I am a 16 year old student at Hill's Road sixth-form college, Cambridge. I love films and filmmaking; some of my favourite films are Cache, Her, Zodiac and Before Midnight and some of my favourite directors are Richard Linklater, David Fincher and Spike Jonze.
The purpose of this blog is to document the progress on my film studies coursework. We have been set the task to either create a shot film or write the screenplay and create a storyboard for a short film.
I have been making short films with friends for a couple of years, one of which recently was shortlisted for the Media Magazine production competition 2018. I have also been on the BFI's regional and residential filmmaking courses, so am very excited to be making another short film!
